Moore Park Baptist Church exists to be and to make disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ. Cell groups are central to the way we operate, because we see them as the basic component of Christian community, most able to be and to make disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ. Everyone associated with the church is part of a cell group and encouraged to attend. Our cell groups are intentional, face-to-face gatherings, of 5-15 people, on a regular time schedule, with the common purpose of fulfilling Jesus’ Great Commandment (Matthew 22:37-40) and Great Commission (Matthew 28:19).
Physically, our church building can only accommodate about 120 people, so we have established three congregations which we are growing to 150 each, based on cell groups. At present our congregations meet on Sunday (8am, 10am and 5pm) and we in the process of establishing another congregation at Bellbowrie. We have a thriving ministry to children and youth as well as a Sunday School.
